Shipping policy

Many of our products are manufactured in a single facility in the UK that uses sustainable manufacturing processes, employs strict quality control, and encourages and provides a healthy and enjoyable work environment for its employees. While the company does its best to begin work on orders as soon as the order is received, there may be delays during busy seasons of the year. And while turnaround time is quick, rarely the international shipping can be delayed. As a general matter, the time to order placement to delivery of product is 3-6 days. This expedited creation and shipping does come at a cost, however, and while we have attempted to absorb as much of the shipping as possible for our customers, once we receive the item from the UK, we then ship it to you! As such, we are incurring higher costs than companies that use inexpensive, mass production factories. Thus, if you would like to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping of the item back to the manufacturer after we discuss the desired outcome.

Our US-manufactured products are also meant to be readily produced and shipped. As a general matter, production begins within one to two days post-order and shipping can take up to seven days, though timing is never guaranteed by Nantucket Love Designs.
